Our History in London City

Following the firm’s formal inception through the 2003 merger, our London presence rapidly expanded, culminating in a strategic shift to the City in 2019 to better serve our institutional and financial clients.

Now situated on the 4th floor of the prestigious Barts Square regeneration scheme, this office serves as our national hub for the South, housing a senior team of experts in Business Rates, Building Consultancy, and RICS Registered Valuers. The City office complements our dedicated West End Agency hub, together providing a comprehensive, dual-office solution across the capital.
