Sanderson Weatherall are a Government Commercial Agency (formerly Crown Commercial Service) framework supplier, providing services to public sector clients through the Estates Management Services 2 (RM6343) Framework which replaces the former Estates Professional Services (RM3816) Framework.
The Government Commercial Agency brings together policy, advice and direct buying; providing commercial services to the public sector and saving money for the taxpayer.
After a competitive tender process, we were granted status as an accredited supplier on the Estate Management Services 2 Framework, which offers public sector organisations a ‘one stop shop’ solution for all professional property related needs at the right cost.
The NEPRO³ framework provides a fully compliant public sector route to market for the procurement of specialist professional services via direct award or further competition. It enables public sector organisations to access a diverse network of pre-accredited regional and national suppliers, including Sanderson Weatherall.
NEPRO³ is also an ideal solution for suppliers who might otherwise find it difficult access opportunities to work alongside the public sector available. This is especially the case for SMEs like Sanderson Weatherall and VCSES (voluntary, community, and social enterprises).
As an accredited NEPRO³ supplier, Sanderson Weatherall can be appointed quickly and efficiently through the framework, no longer facing time-consuming pre-qualification stages and subsequent complex tender processes – allowing Sanderson Weatherall to compete fairly with larger corporate suppliers to secure direct instructions/appointments from buyers seeking asset management and delivery services.

First step is to ensure that your project comes under Estate Management Services 2 Framework, (RM6343).
There are two possible ways you can appoint suppliers from the framework, via a Framework Taxi Rank process or a competitive tender process.
