John works across public and private sector clients with a focus on valuation and strategic estates advice. John has extensive experience advising on and valuing development land, valuation of property for financial statements under IFRS & UK GAAP and advising local authorities on Best Value requirements.

He has worked extensively on the disposal of land and property, ranging from single asset disposals and regeneration schemes through to the delivery of surplus asset disposal programs. He also acts for acquiring authorities in respect to land acquisitions connected to compulsory purchase schemes and advises upon neighbourly matters associated with land holdings.
