Sanderson Weatherall is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Mason as Senior Surveyor in its London City office. Bringing a strong track record in commercial property, Alex will split his time between commercial Agency and Lease Consultancy departments.

In this dual role, Alex will be responsible for executing and assisting with property lettings, lease renewals, and rent reviews, further strengthening the comprehensive service Sanderson Weatherall provides to its commercial clients.

Alex joins Sanderson Weatherall after four years at his previous employer, Day and Bell Surveyors Limited. Alex originally joined them as a graduate in February 2022, quickly progressing to pass his APC and achieving MRICS status in April 2024. Demonstrating rapid professional growth, he was appointed Head of Agency/Lease Consultancy at the firm in 2025.
