Sanderson Weatherall has announced its financial results for the 2025/26 financial year, reporting a 10% increase in turnover despite a backdrop of global economic and geopolitical volatility. The firm attributes this continued success to its core values of people empowerment and social responsibility, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results for clients and communities across the UK.
The 2025/26 period has been defined by significant investment in both digital infrastructure and recruitment. Alongside its financial growth, the firm has expanded its workforce by recruiting over 35 new staff members, including a substantial increase in its trainee and graduate intake to secure a robust pipeline of future talent.
David Rastrick, COO of Sanderson Weatherall, commented:
“This last financial year has again seen our exceptional teams deliver outstanding results for our clients and stakeholders whilst at the same time maintaining an uncompromising focus on delivering key goals and financial targets set by the company. Despite the ongoing geopolitical uncertainty this last year, our continued investment and strong governance have enabled us to overcome these challenges and see the company’s turnover again increase by 10% during 2025/26.”
On the back of this sustained growth, Sanderson Weatherall is proud to announce a series of key promotions across its regional offices. These appointments reflect the firm’s dedication to recognising individuals who have demonstrated exceptional talent and dedication to their respective fields.
Ben Costigan (IT) has been promoted to Partner, while Adrian Turner (Facilities, London), Daniel Lever (Public Sector, Manchester), and Sheryl Hoare (Restructuring, Birmingham) are all promoted to Associate Partner. Additionally, Tom Simms (Building Surveying, Leeds) becomes Senior Surveyor, and Megan Graham is promoted to Senior Marketing Coordinator following her recent CIM qualification.
As one of the few UK property consultancy firms to be B Corp certified, Sanderson Weatherall, which is also RICS regulated, continues to make significant strides in its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. This year the firm has accelerated its journey toward Net Zero, focusing on reducing its operational carbon footprint and enhancing the sustainability advice provided to clients.
