In addition, Andrew has considerable experience and expertise as a building surveyor in particular in the fields of technical due diligence, dilapidations, party wall matters, reinstatement cost assessments and acting as an Expert Witness.
Although based in the London office, Andrew has mainly dealt with instructions in London and South and East of England although due to his expertise he has recently acted in matters in the South West, Yorkshire and North East.
