Wizu Workspace has expanded its Leeds footprint with its latest acquisition in the city. Freshwater Group’s 55 St Paul’s Street is the company’s sixth Leeds-based workspace.

The building has undergone an extensive refurbishment, with both the interiors and exteriors upgraded. Once Wizu’s fit-out is complete the building will offer extensive floorplates and accommodate 250 workstations over three floors.

The new space in Leeds is 10,000 sq ft, meaning the Wizu group operates 145,000 sq ft across the city.

Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall acted on behalf of owners Freshwater Group.
