Our Birmingham city centre office is looking for a talented Graduate Surveyor to join its valuation department.
The successful applicant will assist the team in undertaking a range of commercial and residential property valuations. This is an opportunity to work with high profile clients whilst gaining key firsthand experience and support for their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
The role will involve assisting qualified Chartered Surveyors in undertaking site inspections, conducting research, drafting reports and providing client advice while maintaining a very high quality of work.
Candidates should hold a relevant RICS accredited degree and have undertaken related work experience giving them an understanding of the commercial property industry.
