We are seeking a Qualified Chartered Surveyor to join our expanding Valuation Department in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 1–3 years of post-qualified experience to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

Key Requirements

• RICS Registered Valuer status is essential
• Proven experience in valuing a broad spectrum of property types
• Familiarity with assets across Yorkshire and the North Midlands
• Interest in valuing trading assets (optional but welcomed)

Role Overview

• Primarily preparing valuations for loan security purposes
• Work with a diverse client base including banks, funds, public bodies, and private individuals
• Collaborate within a supportive office environment, contributing to high-quality reporting and client service
