Three industrial units, totalling just over 70,000sq ft of warehouse, workshop and office space have been sold at Hookstone Park in the Starbeck area of Harrogate.

The properties were purchased by Hornbeam Park Developments, represented by Robbins Associates, who plan to refurbish and modernise the spaces before offering them to let.

Marketed by commercial property agents Sanderson Weatherall the units received substantial interest from a range of owner occupiers and investors with a better than expected purchase price achieved.
