Sanderson Weatherall is pleased to announce the appointment of John Eden as Associate Partner in its Newcastle office. John brings strong retail experience to the team having previously acted predominantly for Landlords negotiating lease events for shopping centres and high street assets.

Prior to his specialist retail lease consultancy role, John covered a wide range of other property types and services including valuation, agency, and business rates. Specialising in lease advisory and the preparation of expert reports, John is Perfectly Placed to assist and further develop the north east team.

When asked why John chose Sanderson Weatherall he said “Sanderson Weatherall will give me the opportunity to broaden my experience into other asset classes including office, industrial and retail as well providing me with all the experience in the commercial market across the north east and Cumbria.”

In terms of the future, John hopes to expand on the current north east client base and develop a new client base in Cumbria having already established a new relationship with a regional council.
