Sanderson Weatherall is delighted to welcome back Amy Lamming to our Newcastle office following the successful completion of her 12-month placement year.

During her placement, Amy gained valuable experience working across multiple surveying disciplines, developing a strong foundation of professional knowledge and practical skills. Having made a positive impression throughout her year with the business, Amy has now returned as a Graduate Surveyor and will continue her development towards achieving Chartered Surveyor status.

Over the coming months, Amy will undertake further training and gain additional experience across a range of service lines as she works towards sitting her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) next autumn.

Amy commented, “I am thrilled to be returning to Sanderson Weatherall after such an enjoyable and rewarding placement year. The experience I gained during my time with SW confirmed that this is the ideal place for me to develop my career. I am looking forward to continuing to work alongside talented colleagues across a range of disciplines, gaining further experience and knowledge, and progressing towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor with a professional national surveying firm.”

Kevin McGorie, Head of Office Newcastle, said: “We are delighted to welcome Amy back to the Newcastle office. During her placement year she demonstrated enthusiasm, professionalism and a genuine commitment to learning, making a very positive contribution to the team. We are pleased to support her as she continues her APC journey and develops her expertise across the business. Amy has already shown great potential, and we are confident she has a bright and successful career ahead of her within both the profession and Sanderson Weatherall.”

We wish Amy every success as she continues her professional development and look forward to supporting her on the next stage of her journey towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
