Sanderson Weatherall has been named as an approved supplier to the Development Bank of Wales for valuation and monitoring services. The Development Bank provides short-term residential, mixed-use, and commercial property development finance from £150,000 to £10 million for SME developers in Wales.

Valuers at Sanderson Weatherall can now advise the Development Bank on land and property values for new and existing lending. In addition, Building Surveyors can now provide monitoring services for development funding, assisting in the smooth financing of property construction for all parties.
