We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a transition period following the acquisition of commercial property specialists Clark Weightman in the Humber region. Marking a major milestone in the our regional expansion, the Clark Weightman brand will now be retired.
The strategic acquisition, which originally took place in March 2025, has allowed for a structured and seamless twelve-month integration of operations, systems, and personnel. Moving forward, the combined entity will operate entirely as Sanderson Weatherall Humber, signalling a unified and strengthened presence across the region.
Carl Bradley, Head of Office at Sanderson Weatherall Humber, a highly respected figure in the regional property market, will lead the office through its next chapter of growth, ensuring that the firm’s high standards of localised expertise are maintained.
To further bolster the regional offering, Sanderson Weatherall has made a series of key professional appointments within the Humber team. These strategic hires are designed to strengthen core service delivery, inject fresh expertise into the valuation and agency teams, and support an expanding client portfolio.
In tandem with the team expansion, the firm’s physical offices have undergone a comprehensive refurbishment. The newly modernised workspace has been designed to foster collaborative working, provide upgraded facilities for clients, and comfortably accommodate the growing headcount.
