National property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has expanded its in-house RIBA Chartered architecture practice, SW Architecture, with the appointment of a new Partner. Joining the firm’s London Office, Brian Donnelly. RIBA will contribute to the expansion and development of our South East offering.

With 23 years of experience in a successful architectural practice in Oxford covering all architectural sectors as a Partner, experienced Architect, contract administrator and designer, Brian offers a wide range of expertise working in areas such as Master planning, office fit-outs, commercial development, individual as well as residential housing, schools and leisure projects.

When commenting on his appointment Brian said he is looking forward to:

“Helping people achieve their goals, using my experience from undertaking work all over the UK, and in most construction sectors. I really enjoy a creative challenge but also like helping to deliver a physical realization of people’s aspirations and dreams. Moving to SW will allow me to continue that rewarding journey.”
