Sanderson Weatherall, a leading independent property consultancy, is pleased to announce two key appointments to its Alternatives team: Andrew Michael as an Associate Partner in London, and Zayla Bolin as a Graduate Surveyor in Bristol. These new hires mark a significant step in the firm’s ongoing growth strategy in the Education, Healthcare and Leisure sectors.
Andrew Michael, a Chartered Surveyor with 24 years of experience, joins the London City office to support Philip Waite in growing the valuation business across London, East Anglia, and the South-East. A specialist in hotel and leisure valuations for over 15 years, Andrew’s expertise as an RICS Registered Valuer will be integral to the team’s expansion into these sectors.
Zayla Bolin joins the Bristol office as a Graduate Surveyor. Currently anticipating graduation with a Real Estate Management master’s degree from UWE in November 2025, Zayla will contribute to the team through property inspections and report writing, predominantly alongside Tony Turner, Partner in the Alternatives team in the South West and Wales. She will also assist across other departments as part of her training to become a Chartered Surveyor.
