Sanderson Weatherall has appointed Simon Grainger in its Humber team.

Simon joins as Senior Surveyor in Valuation and has a wealth of experience across the property industry, having most recently worked at the Valuation Office Agency. Simon will predominantly carry out valuations for clients in the region but will work with Carl Bradley on the Humber agency portfolio.

This appointment strengthens Sanderson Weatherall’s commitment to developing the Humber office and to its clients in the region.

Simon commented:“I have been looking for a role which allows me to work in valuation and use the skills I have built up over the last 23 years working in the property industry.

Sanderson Weatherall appealed to me because although they are a national firm, they are still privately owned and they provide a wide range of services across a variety of disciplines, which I think it important for retaining clients going forward.”

Carl Bradley, Head of Humber office added: “Simon is an excellent addition to the team. He understands our local market place and is well respected within the property community.

We already enjoy excellent relationships with the majority of lenders who are active across the region and see this as a growth area for Sanderson Weatherall. Simon will prove to be a key member of our valuation team working alongside Andrew Clark and Emma Bennett in respect of secured lending and private valuation work.”
