Lee graduated in 2006 from Swansea University with a degree in Business Studies and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer in 2018.
Lee’s current work has taken him all over the south of the country, whether it be valuing for secured lending purposes or acting on the disposal of holiday and mobile home parks. Lee is also involved with the sale of holiday complexes, marina’s and other complimentary leisure going concerns.
Since 2006 Lee has been dealing with commercial agency and business transfer (disposal & acquisition) across various sectors within the South of the country. His areas of expertise includes the Leisure, Industrial, Office and Retail sectors. This experience has provided an extensive knowledge of how best to market all types of commercial, residential property & going concern businesses.
