About

David is a partner in our NE valuation team, specialising in the valuation for all purposes of operational property and alternative markets assets, including licensed and leisure, healthcare, educational and sporting properties amongst others throughout the north of England and Scottish Borders. 

David also acts as an expert witness in property related disputes, accepting instructions from claimants, defendants and as a Court Appointed Single Joint Expert (SJE) and deals with rent reviews and lease renewals for properties in the specialist operational property sectors.
