Working on behalf of retained landowners, our development consultancy team have recently secured option agreements on two strategic land sites.

The two sites situated in North Somerset and Northampton and are both situated in sustainable locations on the edge of primary settlements and extend to a combined 25 acres (10 hectares).

It’s understood that the sites have potential to deliver a combined 275 houses in the next five years, and provide much needed residential accommodation near fast growing employment centres.
