Last week we welcomed the return of Mark Rowlands as Partner in our Leeds office.  Mark is a partner within the Machinery and Business Asset team based in Leeds, but will be supporting the wider team in Manchester and London. His day to day duties will be valuing companies’ assets mainly for asset based lending and insolvency purposes.

Mark started his career in 2001 and he commented he has “been lucky to have an insight into a broad range of different industries and the associated machines and assets. This has included Premier/Championship football clubs, helicopters, chocolate production machinery, fishing vessels and caravan manufacturing to name a few.”  Mark wouldn’t say he has a particular specialism but enjoys the food and drink sector together with transport and construction.

When asked why he has chosen to work here at SW, Mark responded “SW are well respected within my field of work and the management are supportive and considerate towards their staff.”
