Last month, we welcomed Marnie Coulson to our North East Property Management team as Facilities Manager.

Marnie brings with her experience and knowledge of the industry having been a shopping centre manager. Her previous role means she has already covered most aspects of property management.

Marnie added “It will be a pleasure to work alongside such talented and dedicated property experts. I briefly worked with SW last year when they were appointed managing agents of the site where I was Centre Manager. I knew from then onwards that the company was lovely to work for and everyone treats each other with respect. Sustainability is massively important to me, and the company ethos fits well with me.”
