Mattioli Woods Wealth Management has purchased an office building in Wakefield City Centre.

The Cheapside property was marketed by the office agency team at Sanderson Weatherall, on behalf of a private client.

The 2,131 sq ft building was sold for £265,000 and benefited from some short-term income.
