Following lettings on Coppergate and Low Petergate last month our retail and leisure agency team have now completed on a third letting, again on Low Petergate in York City Centre.

Located on the prime shopping street of Low Petergate within the historic centre of the city the unit was previously occupied by L.K. Bennett but has been let to popular coffee shop, 200 Degrees.

With stores in Nottingham, Leeds, Liverpool and Cardiff amongst others, the 200 Degrees Coffee Roasters have chosen York for their 14th site which will open in late June and create 15 new full and part-time jobs.
