An existing care home operator has recently completed the purchase of Donisthorpe Hall, a residential and nursing care facility located in Moortown, Leeds.

The property was originally developed to support the Leeds Jewish community in the 1950’s with further works undertaken in 2003 to add a further 40 beds, taking the total number up to 189.

The property was sold by Sanderson Weatherall’s Leeds based Restructuring and Recovery team with support from the SW Healthcare team, acting on behalf of Administrator David Wilson of DFW Associates. TS Land acted on behalf of the purchaser.

Also involved were Sanderson Weatherall’s Machinery and Business Assets team which provided advice on the chattel assets associated with the sale.
