London Ebor Developments plc has recently purchased Independence house, following Inspire 2 Independence (I2I) Ltd entering administration earlier this year.

The 5,245 sq ft property combines open plan and cellular office space and was previously used as one of the bases for I2I, a training provider who offered employability and apprenticeship programmes across the North of England.

Acting on behalf of the Joint Administrators at KPMG the property was sold by our Restructuring and Recovery team.

Alongside the sale of the property, Sanderson Weatherall’s specialist Machinery and Business Assets team also acted on behalf of the Administrators in relation to the sale of the business assets.
