Hudson Quarter in York City Centre is now 50% let following the letting of the third floor to IT service provider, Redcentric.
Palace Capital leased Level 03, 6,762 sq ft of Grade A office space on a ten year lease, achieving headline rents of £26.00 per sq ft at its Hudson Quarter development in the historic city of York.
The move sees Redcentric, who are headquartered in Harrogate, expand their operations following last year’s acquisition of Piksel Industry Solutions, a York based AWS and Microsoft Azure specialist.
Richard Dunn, partner and office agent at Sanderson Weatherall commented, “The latest letting we have secured at Hudson Quarter, York reflects the “flight to quality” trend from occupiers for high quality, well connected office space where companies are determined to secure the best available accommodation for their teams.
“When Palace Capital launched HQ, it was the first speculative Grade A office scheme of this size in the city for over 15 years and to be 50% let at this point shows how well received this excellent development has been by the market.”
With a further floor now under offer, Hudson Quarter is currently able to accommodate lettings from 2,932 sq ft to 9,570 sq ft.
Sanderson Weatherall acted for lessor Palace Capital alongside joint agents JLL, and Spring 4 represented Redcentric.
