Our specialist caravan and holiday parks team are pleased to report the completion of two lettings on behalf of Forestry England.
New tenants were sought for the picturesque parks known as Bracelands Caravan and Camping Site in Gloucester and Postern Hill Caravan & Campsite in Wiltshire. Both being let to an established local operator who will work in partnership with Forestry England to continue to help people experience and connect with forests across the country.
- Bracelands Caravan and Camping Site is a 25.7 acre (10.4 hectares) park in the popular rural leisure and tourism area of the Forest of Dean. The long-established campsite operates year-round and includes 520 pitches, with glamping pods and safari tents.
- Postern Hill Caravan & Campsite is set out over 12.35 acre (5 hectares) and offers another long established site set within the forest. Currently developed with 170 pitches.
