The store on Coppergate will be the third for the new tenant Spring Espresso who have fast become one of York’s most loved coffee shops since opening on Fossgate in 2011 before opening its second branch on Lendal five years ago.
The property is primely located facing down Coppergate Walk with nearby occupiers including Levi’s, Ann Summers, Marks & Spencers and Nando’s among many other popular high street and independent brands.
