Instructed by several retailers in the Sloane Square area of London.  One of the shops appeared to be overvalued by Valuation Office due to its age and location along Sloane Avenue.

Sanderson Weatherall challenged the rateable value on the basis that the shop should be valued with regards to the rent payable and with regards to the adjacent shop assessments.

We were successful and negotiated over £300,000 savings for the client.
