The building was originally in the Rating List as one single assessment but following our representations to the Valuation Office they agreed with SW that the building should be split into 25 separate assessments (a single assessment for each of the services office suites).

The split was backdated to 1 April 2023, and following our small business rates relief applications per assessment, the client received over £200,000 refunds for 2023-2026.
