Assura, the UK’s leading healthcare real estate investment trust, has appointed Sanderson Weatherall as leasing agent of vacant spaces across its national portfolio.

The FTSE 250-listed specialist develops, invests in and manages healthcare buildings for the NHS.

Sanderson Weatherall is initially marketing 110,000 sq ft of space across 22 nationwide units. The vacant spaces range from small units in existing medical centres to larger spaces in hospitals.
