Sanderson Weatherall is pleased to announce the appointment of Oscar Pickering in the Leeds office. 

Oscar who officially achieved MRICS status in May 2025, joins the well-established Lease Consultancy team. In this new role, Oscar will focus on landlord and tenant matters, specifically rent reviews and lease renewals with the goal of helping clients achieve their desired outcomes. 

Bringing three and a half years of dedicated experience in the commercial property sector, Oscar’s background spans property management, commercial agency, and lease advisory work. He has a proven track record of managing client relationships, supporting property transactions, and executing complex lease events.
