Acting on behalf of a university client who was undertaking a scheme of redevelopment works to convert two former office buildings for educational use, we provided strategic advice, monitored works and submitted evidence to the VOA seeking the deletion of over 50 separate Rating assessments in the Rating List. Following successful resolution of all matters this resulted in savings of £800k to the client.
