Stephen has been with the company for over 30 years and is experienced in preparing written representations to Arbitrators and Independent Experts and Expert Witness Reports to court.
He is also on the RICS panel of approved Arbitrators and Independent Experts and is himself regularly appointed in these capacities to resolve rent review disputes and referrals under PACT in the Yorkshire area and further afield.
