In additional to valuation work, Phil undertakes business rates, lease advisory, development and transactional work for a variety of clients across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors, including banks, NHS, school groups, social care operators, pension and institutional funds, and independent businesses.
Phil is regularly appointed as an independent expert and is also a school governor.
