A Registered Property Receiver since 2013 and regularly accepting Fixed Charge Receivership appointments from a variety of banks, building societies and other secured lenders.
Also providing advice to a variety of secured lenders in taking security across a broad range of property sectors including development finance, typically involving the provision of formal valuation advice as well as undertaking reviews of existing security.
Valuation experience also extends to the Asset Based Lending and Corporate Finance clients.
