Carl is experienced in the disposal of all types of commercial property including development land and redevelopment opportunities adopting sales and letting strategies to suit the asset. He works closely with our Auctions team. He also oversees a pan – Humber management portfolio.
He has a wide range of clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to the public sector and also acts on behalf of LPA and Fixed Charged Receivers.
Carl’s career spans nearly 40 years across the Humber and Lincolnshire property markets.
