I am delighted to share that Sanderson Weatherall (SW) is in a strong financial position and we are operating at the top of our game. This year, we have set new benchmarks for performance, driven by the dedication of our talented people and the sustained support of our valued clients.
Financial Highlights and Performance
We achieved our highest ever turnover in 24/25,
reaching £22,143,000 and are again performing in line with our increased 25/26 turnover expectations, which is a further testament to the hard work, resilience, and adaptability of every single person at SW and the ongoing positivity of both our public and private sector clients.
Leading with Purpose
Meeting our Environmental, Social Value, and Governance (ESG) targets remains a core priority. Our decisive actions this year have yielded impressive, measurable results.
Our B Corp score has increased significantly, jumping from 87.4 to a superb 102 during 2025.
Our total CO2 emissions are now down by 21% from our 2020 baseline. Our CO2 emissions per Full-Time Employee (FTE) is now 4 tCO2e, significantly better than our baseline (5tCO2e) and well ahead of the industry average (6.3tCO2e). Overall, we achieved an 11.65% decrease in tCO2e this past year, despite simultaneous growth in both turnover and staffing.
Social Value & Governance
We continue to actively promote inclusivity, diversity, and wellbeing across the workplace and in the wider community.
Following the Worker Protection Act, we delivered essential training and support to all employees and launched an employee survey to guide improvements in 2025/26.
We uphold the highest standards of governance, meeting all RICS obligations and maintaining our robust BSI 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001 accreditations, alongside our Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
We have proactively introduced an AI policy and verification process, anticipating imminent RICS requirements.
Growth
We continue to invest heavily in the future and physical expansion of the business.
We successfully established a new property auction service.
We have opened two new offices this year—a Humber office (March 2025) and a West End office (May 2025).
Sanderson Weatherall now operates 12 offices across the UK and employs circa 240 staff and shareholders.
