Sanderson Weatherall, a leading provider of property services across the North East, is pleased to welcome two new starters to its North East offices, strengthening their commitment to developing local talent and investing in the future of the surveying profession.
Sam Robinson, who has joined as an apprentice surveyor, will be an integral part of the team, primarily assisting as a general practice surveyor. His apprenticeship marks the beginning of a dedicated five-year pathway that will see him work towards becoming a fully-fledged Chartered Surveyor. This structured program is designed to provide Sam with comprehensive, hands-on experience and academic knowledge, equipping him with the skills necessary to excel in the industry.
Archie Bain is also welcomed to the team, undertaking a 12-month work placement. This placement is a key component of his BSc (Hons) qualification in Estate Management from Northumbria University. Throughout the year, Archie will gain invaluable practical experience by rotating through several key departments, including Valuation, Commercial Agency, and Rating & Compulsory Purchase. This exposure will provide a solid foundation for his career and allow him to apply his academic learning in a professional environment.
The addition of Sam and Archie highlights Sanderson Weatherall’s proactive approach to talent development and its dedication to fostering a strong pipeline of skilled professionals in the region.
