Acting on behalf of Logicor, our Newcastle agency team has let a 6,218 sq ft unit at South West Industrial Estate, County Durham to Holcrofts.

Holcrofts, the fruit and vegetable wholesaler, has taken the unit, located on Winchester Drive in Peterlee, on a 15 year lease.
