We are pleased to announce the launch of our brand new residential estate agency site – SW Residential.

Our specialist residential team have over 50 years’ combined experience in the Leeds property market and offer a bespoke service to landlords, tenants and investors respectively.

Head of our Leeds residential office, Diana Warr, commented “We are absolutely delighted with our new website. A standalone residential site alongside the main SW website will enable us to showcase all the fantastic properties we have on the market, highlight our services and provide us with a platform to publish industry news, views and a glimpse of what’s going on in Leeds. The more responsive design and easy to navigate pages provide visitors with a cleaner and more user-friendly journey, on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.”

Earlier this year our residential sales and letting team moved into new premises on the ground floor of the £100 million Central Square development, with our Leeds commercial team taking space on the 6th floor.
