Sanderson Weatherall LLP is delighted to announce their recent instruction for the provision of Estates Professional Services for the London Fire Commissioner (LFC).
We are currently in the initial stages of mobilisation ahead of the contract going live on 1st October 2022. In addition to acting as LFC’s primary contact for property management, Sanderson Weatherall will also be facilitating other key services related to Accounts Processing, Valuation and Rating.
As an SME, we are very grateful to have been considered for the opportunity to showcase our talented London teams who are bringing a wealth of public sector experience. We are proud of our ethos to provide a personable approach and look forward to assisting the LFC deliver a smooth and efficient operation across their Greater London portfolio. Contract delivery is supported by one of our key sub contractors, Tetra Tech, who will provide some specialist additional services.

This appointment was awarded under the National lot 1 of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) RM6168 Framework for Estates Management.
