Congratulations to seven more Graduates who have qualified as chartered surveyors.
Henry Tyrell, Jay Dhesi, Louis Lee-Overton and Bradley Wild (Leeds), Gemma Watson and Charlene Morris (London) and John Askam (Birmingham) all recently became qualified members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). They all passed their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), to become elected members of RICS.
During the last 5 year period SW has helped over 30 Graduates pass their APC and in addition supported a number of our clients in helping their Graduates through the APC process and continue to do so.

The APC consists of a written submission and a professional interview. These take place after acquiring at least two years’ relevant experience and completing a structured training programme, which provides a broad range of experience across different disciplines and departments.
