Following Sanderson Weatherall’s best ever set of financial results they have today announced that all staff will receive an addition £1,000 ex gratia payment this month the help with the cost of living pressures.

David Rastrick, COO commented “Our staff and their well-being is incredibly important to our company and the shareholders just wanted to show they are in tune with the challenges everyone is facing and it is hope this additional ex gratia payment will help in some way with the cost of living pressures at the current time.  The initial response from staff has been extremely positive it is hoped it will bring some added cheer to the Jubilee celebrations this weekend.”

The Exec board are also planning to make a sizable donation to their nominated Charities this next month.
