Fire and security systems provider, CRS UK have recently purchased a detached, single storey office building in Guiseley, Leeds.

Oxford Chambers is a 2,040 sq ft property on a generous plot that has previously been used for both medical & office purposes and offers significant potential for CRS who plan to use this as their new HQ.

The deal was secured by our Leeds office agency team, who acted on behalf of the vendor.
