Undoubtedly, one of the largest deals in Leeds City Centre’s recent history saw David Rastrick, Head of Lease Consultancy at Sanderson Weatherall secure a new rent at Flutter’s 252,183 sq ft Grade A office in the heart of Leeds’ business district. 

Flutter’s rent review was dated 1st January 2026 and the Landlord’s quoting rent was 37% higher than the current passing rent agreed in 2021.  

After many discussions with the Landlord, David succeeded on behalf of his client and secured a new rent, an impressive 18% below the Landlord’s initial quoting rent.  

This superb deal saw Flutter save a large six-figure sum across their new 5 year term.
