Sanderson Weatherall, Humber office is delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Preston, who has joined the business as part of the established valuation team.

Following the acquisition of Clark Weightman in March 2025, Sanderson Weatherall has continued to grow in the Humber region. Simon’s appointment further reinforces the firm’s commitment to growth and our position as a leading SME with strong local and regional presence.

Simon joins the team as Senior Surveyor, bringing over 23 years of property industry experience across the North East, Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

Simon will primarily be working alongside Simon Weightman, undertaking valuations for public sector clients and within the healthcare sector.
