Following the merger between Weatherall Green & Smith and Sanderson Townend Gilbert in 2003, Sanderson Weatherall has gone from strength to strength and in the last decade emphasis has been placed on the ‘Southern triangle’ with offices being introduced and strengthened in Birmingham, Bristol and London.
This year we celebrate the 10 year anniversary of our Bristol office.
Our Bristol office was initially opened in 2012 solely providing Building Surveying and Valuation services to commercial real estate clients. Whilst developing the primary service lines we expanded the office to also include Agency, CPO, Development Consultancy, Expert Witness and Lease Consultancy and have grown from a 2-man team to 12 employees. Most recently we have taken on a number of public sector instructions including Wiltshire Council.
We are committed to continuing to grow and Bristol is a major part of this strategy. We pride ourselves on providing a local service by talented local people and attribute our growth to our insider knowledge of each area.
Our Bristol team also regularly get involved with community and charity initiatives and over the past year alone they have been involved with the Women in Property’s Step into Summer Challenge; cycle rides; charity walks, advising a church group on setting up a community cafe plus our continuous work with APC students to which the Bristol office currently have 3.
David Rastrick, COO commented “I am incredibly proud of what the team in Bristol have achieved over the last 10 years and it is a credit to their achievements that the event was so well attended.”
