Eastlands Caravan Park on the edge of the sought after coastal town of Bridlington was sold on behalf of the long standing family owners and following an open marketing campaign a sale was agreed to an existing regional operator within weeks.  In addition to the 28 caravan pitches the park includes adjacent land providing scope for further development, subject to planning permission. The position of the park and the spare land proved a real attraction to prospective buyers with our marketing leading to strong level of competition ensuring an early sale was agreed very close to the guide price.
